Area Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement property-level marketing strategies aligned with annual business plans and budgets.
- Collaborate with F&B teams to create on-brand activations and seasonal campaigns.
- Cook up PR efforts, digital updates, email marketing, and advertising needs with agency and internal teams.
- Lead local partnerships and community outreach initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Participate in strategy and marketing calls, providing actionable insights and follow-ups.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hospitality marketing experience
- Strong writing, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM platforms
- Ability to travel as needed
- Creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset
