Please click below to learn more about the E-Verify program: E-Verify Notice (bilingual)Right to Work Notice (English) / (Spanish)" We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should strip out the EEO statements, E-Verify, etc. Also remove "For details on our comprehensive benefits, click here." That's a link but we can keep mention of benefits? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Also "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." We have Pay Transparency content: It mentions pay range etc. It's somewhat generic but does mention compensation listed reflects pay range etc. It's not a specific number but it's still content about pay. The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state something about pay transparency, but it's generic. However it's still content about pay. Should we include a Pay section? It says "never says actual numbers, but it does discuss pay transparency. The instruction says "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD")". The pay transparency text is somewhat filler but does mention "compensation listed reflects the pay range or rate of pay reasonably expected". That's still vague but it's not exactly placeholder like "commensurate with experience". It's still somewhat generic but it's actual content about pay policy. I'd lean to include a Pay section with that text, as it's not just placeholder. Benefits: The posting mentions "For details on our comprehensive benefits, click here." That's not specific benefit details, just a link. According to rule, we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does not list benefits, just a link. So we should not include Benefits section. Schedule: No mention of schedule. So omit. Now we need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Possibly also Pay. We need to decide what goes where. The posting includes an introductory paragraph: "Oversees the day-to-day and long-term operations and staff within a defined area(s) of a FedEx FedEx (FedEx) facility. Supports the FedEx Safety Above All Culture. Responsible for ensuring safe and efficient package sortation through the management of Operations Managers overseeing Package Handlers and achieving successful customer-facing results by maintaining productive relationships with employees." That could be About the role. Then "Essential Functions" list: many bullet-like sentences. Those are Responsibilities. Then "Minimum Education" and "Minimum Experience" are Requirements. Then "Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities" is Skills. Then "Preferred Qualifications" maybe Qualifications? Actually they have "Preferred Qualifications" heading then pay transparency text. That seems like Qualifications? But they already have Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities. The "Preferred Qualifications" heading is followed by pay transparency content, which is not really qualifications. Might be misplaced. But we could treat that as Qualifications section (maybe includes preferred qualifications). However the content is about pay transparency, not qualifications. Might be better to not create a Qualifications section if content is not qualifications. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Qualifications into Requirements or Skills. But we have separate sections for Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (KSAs). Qualifications could be empty. So we omit Qualifications. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Pay. Now we need to format: Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to extract lists. Let's parse. About the role: The first sentences: "Oversees the day-to-day and long-term operations and staff within a defined area(s) of a FedEx FedEx (FedEx) facility. Supports the FedEx Safety Above All Culture. Responsible for ensuring safe and efficient package sortation through the management of Operations Managers overseeing Package Handlers and achieving successful customer-facing results by maintaining productive relationships with employees." We could make that a

. Responsibilities: The "Essential Functions" and subsequent bullet-like sentences. Let's list them: - Serves as a champion for FedEx’s Safety Above All Culture and supports all related initiatives. - Management responsibilities include, but are not limited to: hiring, terminations, coaching, training, recognition and rewards, performance evaluation and management, discipline, addressing employee concerns and staff productivity. - Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls the day-to-day operations of the facility. - Responsible for managing and assigning employees (primarily Operations Managers) to ensure the safe and efficient sortation of packages through the facility, minimizing operational cost and maximizing operational quality, including the movement, tracking and administration of trailers. - Determines the work area’s strategic goals and ensures quality, service, cost and productivity goals are achieved. Plans the work area strategy based on projected volume, head count, and other special circumstances and factors. - Oversees daily visual inspections of loads to ensure proper quality for customers and/or vendors. - Directs and guides Operations Managers to ensure common understanding of operational updates and daily goals for the work area. - Ensures compliance with all FedEx policies/procedures and applicable governmental regulations. - Participates in the development of and responsible for administering company safety strategies and programs. - Fosters a safety-conscious culture by serving as an advocate for safety compliance and safety initiatives. - Performs other duties as assigned. We need to put each as

  • inside
. Requirements: Minimum Education and Minimum Experience. Minimum Education: "High school diploma or GED required." Minimum Experience: "Eighteen (18) months experience as an Ops Supervisor at FedEx required; OR Two (2) years required previous management experience, operational leadership, military leadership, or project/team leader experience; OR A combination of one (1) year as an Ops Supervisor at FedEx and (1) year previous management, operational leadership, project or team leader or military experience." We could make each as
    • maybe separate bullet points: but it's a single statement with ORs. Could break into three options as list items. Thus: - High school diploma or GED required. - Eighteen (18) months experience as an Ops Supervisor at FedEx required. - OR Two (2) years required previous management experience, operational leadership, military leadership, or project/team leader experience. - OR A combination of one (1) year as an Ops Supervisor at FedEx and (1) year previous management, operational leadership, project or team leader or military experience. But the OR is part of the sentence. Better to keep as one paragraph? The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should list each requirement as separate items. We'll break them. Skills: Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities list: - Ability to inspire a shared vision and empower and motivate a team. - Demonstrated ability to build professional rapport, effectively lead a team and positively influence diverse groups. - Proven ability to apply sound business judgment to establish and accomplish goals. - Customer service skills necessary to effectively and professionally respond to requests and issues
