About the role
You will implement the business plan for your area of responsibility, monitor and manage productivity, maintain quality and safety standards, and supervise and develop associates and leaders. The role involves managing QA guidelines, systems hardware and software, and troubleshooting applications while fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with individuals or groups (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates) verbally and in writing.
- Implement the business plan by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety).
- Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and distributing procedures and documentation.
- Identify associate, customer, or supplier concerns and determine corrective actions or recommendations.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, identifying training needs, and participating in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.
- Manage QA guidelines, procedures, and programs to increase building efficiency and maintain inventory integrity (e.g., slot profiling, inventory adjustments, cycle inventory tests, outside storage, damages, strays, tracking, hazardous material processing).
- Oversee systems hardware and software maintenance and installation, including repairs, inventory tracking, and ordering components.
- Troubleshoot systems and applications by working with Information Systems Division (ISD) and vendors, and support the development of current and future systems.

Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year of supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 2 years of Walmart logistics experience OR 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Completion of all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Inventory Management, Microsoft Office, or Walmart Logistics Systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) adjustments based on location.
