Area Manager - Premium Audit

Responsibilities

• Perform audit activities as assigned by the Area and/or Regional Manager.
• Determine audit priorities and scheduling to meet stated deadlines.
• Prepare appointment letters and conduct detailed reviews of all related business records.
• Prepare written reports of findings and transmit completed reports to Quality Review by the required due date.
• Meet with business owners/managers to review audit results and implement any required actions.
• Travel to various sites as required to perform audits.
• Correct and complete audits returned for revision and retransmit to Quality Review in a timely manner, in accordance with Auditor expectations and SOP.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
• The ability to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision is important.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and clients are necessary.
• Proficiency in computer applications used to document and record audit findings is required.
• An understanding of the importance and purpose of audit functions is beneficial.
• The ability to utilize available resources to successfully complete assigned projects is desirable.

Compensation and Additional Information

Compensation: Base Salary Range: $80,000 – $85,000 annually. The base salary range is just one component of EXL’s total compensation package, which may also include bonuses, Paid Time Off, and region-specific benefits.

Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position.

The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications.

For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.
