About the role
This leadership role oversees daily maintenance operations in a warehouse environment, ensuring equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and a safe workplace while developing associates and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Communicate goals, assign duties, and coordinate workloads to achieve facility targets for production, quality, and safety.
- Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on logistics policies, monitoring compliance, and maintaining documentation.
- Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns; determine corrective actions or recommendations to resolve issues.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders through performance feedback, training, and participation in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluations.
- Manage maintenance department daily operations, ensuring performance and compliance with state and federal regulations (OSHA, Hazardous Waste, NFPA, Storm Water, DOT) related to warehouse equipment (material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, electrical systems, air compressors, ammonia refrigeration equipment, general building repairs).
- Monitor expenses, capital expenditures, asset utilization, and prepare or analyze business reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or Technical School Certification in an Industrial-related field and 1 year related maintenance department supervisory experience
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Industrial, or related field
- OR 1 year supervisory experience in a maintenance-related environment supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees
- OR 2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including six months experience leading a work or project team (e.g., risk control)
- OR 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial-related environment supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees with 1 year experience in the maintenance field.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 – $120,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location and stock.
