About the role

Implement the business plan for your area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing, scheduling, and workload coordination to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety. Monitor and manage productivity through business reports, maintain quality and safety standards, and identify and address associate, customer, or supplier concerns.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year of supervisory experience, or
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field, or
  • 1 year of Walmart Logistics Management experience, or
  • 2 years of Walmart Logistics experience, or
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience supervising associates.
  • Walmart Logistics Manager experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500 - $98,000. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses, Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) adjustments based on location, and stock.
