About the Role
Implement the business plan for your area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing, scheduling, and workload coordination to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety. Monitor and manage productivity through business reports while maintaining quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with individuals or groups (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates) verbally and/or in writing.
- Assign duties, coordinate workloads, and manage staffing and scheduling to achieve facility goals.
- Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates comply with Logistics and company policies, procedures, and training.
- Distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation.
- Identify associate, customer, or supplier concerns and determine corrective actions or recommendations.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and identifying training and development needs.
- Participate in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates and leaders.
- Build high-performing teams by embracing differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences.
- Create a workplace culture of belonging where associates feel seen, supported, and connected.
- Work collaboratively, build trusting relationships, and communicate with impact and positivity.
- Attract and retain talent, empower and develop associates, and recognize contributions.
- Maintain and promote integrity, ethics, and compliance with Walmart’s values and policies.

Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's supervisory experience OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR
- 1 year's Walmart Logistics Management experience OR
- 2 years' Walmart Logistics experience OR
- 2 years' supervisory experience.
- Must attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Experience supervising associates.
- Experience with Walmart Logistics Systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) adjustments (based on location) and stock.
