About the role
Implement the business plan for your area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
- Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and distributing procedures and supporting documentation.
- Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening, consulting with others, and determining corrective actions or recommendations.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching and modeling policies, identifying training needs, and participating in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.
- Build high-performing teams by embracing differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences; create a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected.
- Work collaboratively, build strong and trusting relationships, and communicate with impact, energy, and positivity to motivate and influence.
- Attract and retain talent, empower and develop associates, and recognize contributions and accomplishments.
- Maintain and promote the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance; model Walmart values and hold yourself and others accountable.

Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's supervisory experience OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR
- 1 year's Walmart Logistics Management experience OR
- 2 years' Walmart Logistics experience OR
- 2 years' supervisory experience.
- Attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Experience supervising associates.
- Experience with Walmart Logistics Systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Logistics.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) adjustments based on location.
