About the role
This position acts as the Site Manager for multiple 24/7 customer sites within a given geographic area in the assigned region.
Responsibilities
- Provide feedback to the Regional Manager
- Drive when absences or staffing shortages occur
- Ensure employees are held accountable for safety standards and resolve maintenance issues
- Monitor performance metrics, develop process improvements, and resolve issues impacting service levels
- Attend customer meetings and build relationships with customers
- Coordinate logistics activities with internal and external customers
- Ensure all employees provide the highest level of service
- Ensure equipment is in good working condition and coordinate repairs with vendors
- Lead recruiting, hiring, team building, coaching, and mentoring
- Train new managers and drivers, and retrain seasoned managers and drivers
- Prevent critical safety issues
Requirements
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Good communication and exceptional customer service
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, E-Plan, and Geotab)
