Job Description Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon organization in a leadership role that blends hands-on salon management with multi-salon oversight. As an Area Manager, you’ll directly manage one salon while also supporting and coaching a team of Salon Managers across a small group of additional locations. This role is ideal for an experienced salon or multi-unit leader who enjoys developing managers, maintaining strong brand standards, and driving consistent performance across teams. As a Multi-Unit Manager supporting salons in the Fargo and Bismarck areas, you’ll help develop leaders, improve team performance, and create strong, consistent operations.
