About the role

The Area Install Manager oversees all installation projects within an assigned region, ensuring timely, cost-effective completion while driving strategic planning, financial management, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction operations through strategic sales development, process control, and operational/margin improvement initiatives.
• Analyze market and business performance to align strategies with financial budgets; recommend adjustments as needed.
• Develop and enforce project management standards, including acceptable terms, conditions, and minimum profit margins.
• Track, forecast, and communicate all costs, profits, and financial metrics for construction operations.
• Oversee department leads responsible for design, scheduling, planning, construction, expediting, inspection, quality control, and project delivery.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure smooth project turnovers for ongoing maintenance.
• Conduct regular business review meetings to assess performance, address issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Review non-financial and financial KPIs for sales, design, field installation, operational administration, and project management.
• Evaluate business performance on sales pipeline, backlog integrity, resource utilization, cost control, and revenue/margin contribution.
• Determine, budget, and plan for staffing needs; coordinate with resources to meet objectives.
• Manage and develop relationships with key subcontractors and vendors to support strategy and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with Hiller policies, procedures, and federal, state, and local laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
