Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainable forest management plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders to advance forest conservation initiatives
• Conduct research on new wood product technologies and applications
• Monitor and report on forest health and productivity metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in forestry or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sustainable forestry practices and regulations
• Experience with forest inventory and monitoring techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Forestry management software proficiency (e.g., ArcGIS)
• Project management experience
• Technical writing skills

Pay

Salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually
