What Success Looks Like

• Oversee financial reporting, audits, and compliance
• Manage accounting processes, cash flow, and cost controls
• Ensure integrity and efficiency of computerized data processing functions
• Maintain balance sheet analysis and prepare annual audits and tax returns
• Ensure adequate controls for asset protection
• Compile and submit accurate financial reports, budgets, forecasts
• Coach department heads on financial responsibilities and management techniques

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Business or Accounting from four-year college or university, or four years related experience and/or training
• Master's degree and/or CPA is a plus
• Five years of accounting experience in the Hospitality Industry and/or CHAE certification is desired
• Knowledge of pertinent federal, state, and county tax laws and filings
• Experience using different accounting software
• Well organized, detail oriented with excellent communication skills
• Able to work under time pressure and extensive hours
• Professional, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, current on technology expertise and know-how
• Superior Excel skills required
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and perform multiple tasks in stressful situations
