About the role
Cogent Biosciences is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team. This position will play a critical role in advancing our clinical programs and contributing to the development of precision therapies for genetically defined diseases.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and execution of clinical trials for bezuclastinib and other targeted therapies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing to ensure drug safety and efficacy.
- Support the preparation and submission of regulatory documents and presentations to regulatory agencies.
- Participate in scientific meetings and contribute to the dissemination of research findings.
Requirements
- A PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field with relevant postdoctoral training.
- Experience in clinical research, preferably in oncology or hematological disorders.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Expertise in molecular biology techniques and data analysis.
- Knowledge of oncology and hematological disorders.
- Experience with regulatory processes and good laboratory practices (GLP).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually.
