About the role

Join us as an Area Coach and take charge of driving the success of multiple KFC locations in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of 6-8 restaurants, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Providing training, coaching, and support to Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, and teams to excel in their roles.
• Motivating and recognizing team members for exceptional customer service.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives for business growth.
• Upholding our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of successful multi-unit management experience in Quick Service Restaurants
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Exceptional team-building capability
• Basic business math, accounting skills, and analytical decision-making
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in employee selection, coaching, and development
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction

Benefits

• Salary Range: $78,500 to $99,500 annually + bonus eligibility
