Area Clinical Director Description
Our client is a well-established Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current opening for an Area Clinical Director for their Hospice locations in the Chicago, IL area. Medicare Hospice leadership experience as a registered nurse is required. This person will manage day-to-day clinical operations for home and community-based hospice care.
Area Clinical Director Requirements
- Hospice leadership experience.
- Excellent understanding of Medicare regulations and COP’s.
- Registered Nurse.
Area Clinical Director Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations for multiple area locations.
- Oversight of directly reporting clinical leaders.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Work with business development team to grow census.
