Area Business Manager, Integrated Medicine - Minneapolis, MN

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 9-12 representatives in Neuroscience and Cardiovascular portfolios
• Set clear goals and manage performance accountability
• Cultivate a strong team culture focused on engagement
• Develop and implement strategic business plans
• Analyze market data to identify trends and assess stakeholders
• Build relationships with customers including KOLs and hospitals
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 6+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales
• 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Experience engaging key thought leaders in healthcare
• Valid U.S. driver’s license in compliance with company standards
