We're investing in leaders, modernizing systems, and creating an Area Manager Operating System designed for exceptional leaders to thrive.

This role is about building something new—70% of your focus will be leading the business (developing your team, improving operations, coaching leaders, reviewing financial performance, and creating accountability), while the other 30% will be growing the business (strengthening customer relationships, expanding accounts, and identifying new opportunities in Idaho).

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate an established operation with strong customers and experienced employees.
• Develop and coach your team, including a solid Department Manager already in place.
• Improve operations, review financial performance, and create accountability.
• Strengthen customer relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities to drive growth throughout Idaho.
• Embrace and improve upon existing systems for clarity, leadership rhythms, and operational planning.
• Execute with discipline while maintaining curiosity and ownership to refine processes.

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to pass initial and periodic drug screens and a background check upon hire.
