Construction Leader

What You'll Do

• Lead a team to successfully deliver small to large-scale design build, general contractor, and self-performed construction projects
• Ensure on time, or ahead of time delivery of construction projects, enabling your teams to solve problems and prioritize execution
• Promote a safe and quality driven culture, both project and company wide
• Coach and mentor counterparts and subordinates on excellence in the construction industry
• Employ efficient and aesthetic communication methods to escalate roadblocks or communicate successes as necessary, including the ability to clearly communicate risks
• Provide the best product for your respective project’s customer or end users, keeping projects moving forward and fixing concerns as they arise

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10+ years of experience on large commercial or industrial construction projects
• Previous experience directly managing and being accountable for a team of PMs and onsite Supers
• Advanced knowledge and proven delivery on Civil, Structural, and Architectural, Mechanical/Plumbing, Electrical, Life Safety and Controls scopes
• Strong leadership capability, with competency using digital tools and software (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Construction Cost/Data Analysis)
• Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations

Expected Compensation

Expected Compensation: $91,200 - $256,500/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
