Duties And Responsibilities
- Execute and implement insurance contracts and other key commercial agreements in the region.
- Engage with regional insurance payors and internal teams to address and support reimbursement for Ambry testing services.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan, identifying, evaluating, and building a strong commercial presence with potential and existing clients.
- Drive increased sales of all test menus within the assigned geographic region to achieve territory revenue and sales objectives.
- Develop, communicate, and execute a comprehensive sales plan for both existing and new accounts.
- Maintain a high level of product, competitor, and market knowledge.
- Participate in cross-functional teams and ensure excellent cross-departmental collaboration (e.g., Medical Affairs, Operations, Finance, L&D).
- Develop process improvements to drive increased sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with internal teams (Market Access, Client Services, etc.) to maintain superior customer support.
- Identify and develop key opinion leaders as advocates for Ambry Genetics products and services.
Education And Knowledge
A Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) is required.

Experience
7-10 Years of experience to include Sales Management or high-level individual contributor sales on a regional or national level within the health system, IDNs, and laboratory market. Must be able to travel as needed within the region and occasionally outside of the region.
