This role is a strategic professional position that tracks and applies the latest trends in the field. The Architecture Sr Lead Analyst will influence senior stakeholders, guide technical strategy, and drive business results. Responsibilities include staff management, resource allocation, and shaping future technology direction.
Responsibilities
- Provide architectural vision for IT systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise blueprints.
- Develop architecture, strategy, planning, and problem-solving solutions at an enterprise level.
- Interface across multiple channels to define future project direction proactively.
- Maintain awareness of business, technical, and infrastructure issues; act as a consultant for creative solutions.
- Accountable for end-to-end results, including budgeting, policy formulation, and future state technology strategies (depending on project scope).
- Interface with vendors to assess technology and guide product roadmaps based on Citi requirements.
- Exhibit in-depth knowledge of how your specialism contributes to the business and understand the commercial environment.
- Provide thought leadership on key business subjects.
- Resolve complex issues using sophisticated analytical thought.
- Impact the technology function through strategic decisions and technical direction.
- Negotiate internally, often at senior levels, using developed communication and diplomacy skills.
- Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and ethical standards.
- Required technical knowledge: public cloud, API gateways, containerization, microservices-based architecture, AI/ML, and domain knowledge of wealth lending products.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence partner teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to develop working relationships and manage multiple activities with changing priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-starter with initiative to master new tasks quickly.
- Methodical approach with strong attention to detail.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Pay
Full-time salary range: $176,720.00 - $265,080.00. Eligible employees may also receive discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
