Architecture Project Associate (Entry Level)

Responsibilities

• Assist with architectural design and project development documents
• Support drafting and modeling efforts using CAD and BIM software
• Auxiliary project coordination among project stakeholders
• Prepare project estimates, quantity takeoffs, and material calculations
• Research building materials, products, and code requirements
• Participate in client meetings and project team discussions
• Auxiliary scheduling and project closeout activities
• Maintain organized project files and documentation
• Perform other design, documentation, and project-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in:
• Architecture
• Architectural Technology
• Architectural Drafting
• Architectural Engineering
• Interior Design
• Construction Technology
• Or a closely related field
• Interest in design and the built environment
• Basic understanding of architectural drawings and construction documents
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
