Role Overview
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers, and contractors
- Serve as a technical resource on fenestration systems, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction
- Influence early design decisions by promoting product performance and aesthetics
- Lead product presentations and provide consultative guidance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Maintain pipeline and CRM records, represent at industry events, and collaborate across teams
- Mentor team members and participate in ongoing training
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, architecture, construction, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years in sales or support roles, preferably in building products or fenestration
- Proven relationship-building and influence skills
- Strong presentation, communication, and technical understanding
- Highly organized with pipeline management skills
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel extensively
