About the role
Great news- JJ Safety is looking to add new Sales Representatives to our rapidly growing team of sales MVPs!
Responsibilities
- Monday-Friday, 6am-3pm schedule
- Paid commission of 5% on every sale made
- No minimum quota or cap on commission
- No fluctuating or changing commission structures
- Base pay of $37,440 per year for new bilingual and/or experienced employees
- Complimentary massages from professional masseuses twice a month
- On-site gym with complimentary professional personal training five times per week
- 401k with up to a 4% match after 1 year of employment
- Medical, vision, dental, disability, life, and AD&D insurance provided by JJ Safety
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, construction, or safety is preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
