Architectural Project Manager - Oakland

About the role

TCA Architects is seeking a Project Manager to work directly with the Studio Director in directing a project team through the schematic design process, producing contract documents, and managing construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the complete contract documents, including redlining drawings and specifications
• Maintenance of budgets and billings
• Preparation of additional service requests
• Coordination and management of consultants
• Training and mentoring of the documentation team

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager on multi-family projects
• Excellent experience of Type 1 & 5 construction
• Knowledge of Revit
• Construction administration experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required
• California licensed Architect preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Revit and other architectural software

Pay

$100,000 - $130,000 annually

Schedule

A hybrid schedule of working Monday - Wednesday in the office and Thursday - Friday from home
