About the role
The ideal candidate will lead architectural projects from concept through completion, collaborating closely with clients and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of architectural projects
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to define project scope and goals
- Prepare and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with sustainable design principles
