What You Bring To The Table
- Responsible for the development and completion of all aspects of a project from Pre-Design through Construction Administration
- Perform ongoing document quality control reviews
- Builds relationships with clients, understanding their needs and cultural nuances
- Encourages collaboration and integration among project team members
- Manages documentation and quality control of documents on smaller jobs
- Researches, understands, and complies with architecture practice statutes in the project’s jurisdiction
- Applies zoning, building, life safety, accessibility, and energy codes
- Develops and leads project manuals
- Manages project and professional liability, monitoring risks
- Collaborates with the Project Designer to execute the design vision
- Manages budgets, schedules, communications, and team assignments
- Mentors and trains younger staff

- Holds a college degree with a relevant, NAAB accredited degree
- Is professionally registered
Requirements
- Physical demands: Frequent sitting, standing, moving around the office; lifting up to 10 lbs; operating computers and other office equipment; coordinating and participating in client meetings; communicating with project team and related parties; adhering to architectural design and production standards; maintaining consistent attendance.
