About the role

We’re looking for a talented Healthcare Project Manager to lead projects in the San Antonio, TX region. This person will be the main point of contact for our Healthcare clients in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on Healthcare Architecture Projects with various clients
  • Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support positive, long-term relationships
  • Plan, direct and supervise the architectural team members and coordinate consultant responsibilities of studies, design or construction documents of various scale projects
  • Interpret, organize, execute and coordinate the development of individual or multiple projects, maintaining oversight to achieve goals of the firm
  • Aid in the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience, inclusive of 4 years of experience in Healthcare design
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program/school
  • Registered Architect in the State of Texas is preferred
  • Candidates with related or similar professional experience will be considered
  • Strong, comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles/practices, including project financial, schedule and resource planning
  • Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures
  • Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development
  • Engaging Communication style with clients, teams and consultants
  • Must be quality minded and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities with intentional schedules
  • Experience and proficiency with Healthcare projects and licensing requirements preferred
  • Education/ Commercial / Institutional market experience is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience with sustainability standards, Revit, Bluebeam, Newforma and Office Suite is preferred
