Architectural Junior Designer - Oakland

About the role

TCA Architects is seeking an Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Oakland. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of architectural experience, proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, and a strong interest in multi-family design.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Designers with graphics, 3D modeling, renderings, presentations, materials boards, color-blocking, and design studies.
• Assist the Job Captain in the production of construction documents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year Sketchup and Revit experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or higher.
• On track to be licensed.

Skills

• Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Pay

$28.00 - $38.00/hour ($58,240 - $79,040/yearly)

Schedule

The Architectural Designer will be located in our downtown Oakland office. We offer a hybrid schedule of working Monday – Wednesday in the office and Thursday and Friday working from home.
