Architectural Intern

Company Overview

TowerPinkster is driven by the belief that thoughtful, inspired design can create a lasting impact on the communities we serve. Our work is built on trusting relationships with clients, partners, and each other. Here, you will collaborate with passionate architects, engineers, designers, and innovators who care deeply about their work and the people around them. Together, we create meaningful spaces while supporting each other’s growth and success.

Purpose

The role of an Architectural Design Intern is focused on gaining meaningful, hands‑on experience while supporting architectural project teams throughout the design process. As an intern, you will be welcomed as a contributing member of our project teams, not just as an observer, and you will gain real responsibility and mentorship from professionals who are invested in your growth. This includes learning how project teams translate client goals and design intent into thoughtful, functional spaces. By the end of your internship, you will have contributed to real project deliverables, strengthened your design and documentation skills, been exposed to a variety of project types, and gained clarity on your path within the architecture profession.
