About the role

Tushie Montgomery Architects is seeking an Architectural Drafter & Tech/BIM Manager to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis.

Responsibilities

• Manage BIM uploads, computer set-up, and Revit standards
• Work with IT consultants on budgets and technology management
• Communicate effectively and organize tasks across various design phases
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on diverse project types
• Ensure compliance with codes, building systems, and software updates

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in architectural drafting
• BIM Management experience in software uploads, setting up computers, Revit Standards, IT budgets
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Team contributor socially and professionally
• Proficiency in Revit with working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign & Lumion
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within an architectural office
• Knowledge of codes, building systems, and software updates
• Ability to multi-task in various phases of design and projects
