Architectural Designer: Multi-family/mixed-use

About the role

We've spent the last 45 years becoming an award-winning architectural design firm in Las Vegas specializing primarily in the planning and design of Residential, Retail, Office and Mixed Use Projects. We have created hundreds of multi-family buildings throughout the years, and in Las Vegas alone, we now have 2,000 apartments designed. These developments span from high density wrap and podium to three story garden walk-ups.

Responsibilities

• Residential, Multi-Family, Hotel, Mixed-Use experience
• Create highly creative design work
• Showcase graphic and presentation skills in various styles

Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture or similar degree
• Experience with Revit
• Portfolio demonstrating creative design work
• Graphic and presentation skills in a variety of styles
