What You'll Do
- Perform feasibility and techno-economic studies on capital projects to support leadership’s decision making and meet aggressive budget goals
- Collaborate with various design teams, and liaise with manufacturing, construction, and facility stakeholders to understand the project requirements, and deliver fully coordinated Basis of Design documents
- Collaborate with the estimating team preparing test-fits and bill of quantities to facilitate estimates to a sufficient level of accuracy required for project funding
- Support the design effort by producing drawings and deliverables for Permit/Construction, including plans, sections, details, schedules, layouts, calculations, and specifications for projects of various sizes and complexity
- Interface with external design consultants during bid and project execution as needed to ensure that design and specifications meet the project requirements
- Participate effectively during drawing approval meetings and inspections with local authority officials and attend tests and special inspections to confirm compliance with the applicable codes and standards
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in large industrial, commercial, institutional, facilities (manufacturing, refineries, data centers, hospitals, college campuses, etc.)
- Knowledge of architectural design principles and applicable codes, design guides and standards related to the discipline
- Must prioritize and manage heavy workload on multiple projects to ensure high quality and productivity
- Able to develop architectural deliverables using state of the art 3D modeling software, especially Revit

Expected Compensation
$92,000 - $174,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
