Architectural Designer

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Architectural Designer to join our team in the design of multi-family, hospitality, commercial, and institutional buildings from design through construction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative leaders and inspired designers to shape neighborhoods
• Create architectural designs using Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Develop and present architectural projects through renderings, diagrams, and presentation documents
• Create and assemble physical models and mock-ups
• Communicate design ideas effectively to clients, consultants, and architects at all levels
• Organize and manage tasks and priorities to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture Degree or Master of Architecture Degree
• 3-5 years of professional architectural design experience
• Experience in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
• A strong design voice and ability to communicate through graphic illustration
• Experience designing architectural projects in various phases
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Highly motivated, curious, collaborative, and creative

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor of Architecture Degree or a Master of Architecture Degree
• Must have 3-5 years of professional architectural design experience

Skills

• Experience in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
• A strong design voice and ability to communicate through graphic illustration
• Experience designing architectural projects in various phases
• Proficiency in creating renderings, diagrams, and developing presentation documents
• Experience fabricating and assembling physical models and mock-ups
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas to various levels of individuals including clients, consultants, and architects
