Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a lead designer on projects and interface with clients.
- Production of Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents.
- Coordinating with structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines.
- Coordinating with process and packaging equipment drawings.
- Preparing design criteria for bid packages for pricing by subcontractors.
- Performing submittal reviews, RFI responses and field visits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts/Science with a concentration in Architecture or related 4-year degree.
- 5-year Bachelor of Architecture Degree or Master of Architecture a plus.
- Architectural experience in food production a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, estimated 10-15% of the time.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of Procore.
- Knowledge of Navisworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented, positive attitude.
- Ability to effectively be involved in multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently.
