Architectural Designer - Experienced

Responsibilities

• Utilize architectural design concepts to produce full sets of construction documents for commercial building projects.
• Train and collaborate with licensed professionals to perform a variety of design tasks.
• Design and develop construction documents using Revit for multiple types of projects.
• Minimal travel may be required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of applicable work experience and demonstrated proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field from an accredited college or university and 3 years of work experience in the architectural design industry OR a combination of education and work experience in the architectural field equivalent to 7 years.
• Preferred: 2 years of specific experience creating design documents, working in prototypical design, using families, detailing architectural elements, etc.
• Specialized or applicable design experience in one or more of the following: healthcare facilities, educational facilities, churches, hospitality, retail/commercial design.
