About the role

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Architect to join our dynamic Industrial architecture team, contributing to a range of high-profile data center and mission critical projects. In this role, you’ll oversee the architectural design and technical development, ensuring that our workplace solutions meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support production and coordination of technical drawings for data centers and mission critical facilities across all project phases, from Concept Design through Construction Documentation.
  • Develop and integrate design solutions that comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring design intent, quality standards, and client objectives are consistently met.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with scope, performance goals, and client expectations.
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams to facilitate smooth project delivery.
  • Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Architecture and an active architectural license.
  • 3+ years of experience, with a proven track record in data center design and project delivery.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in BIM coordination.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and technical detailing relevant to industrial and mission critical environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions in a collaborative team environment.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $135,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
