About the role

Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Architect to join the firm as part of our Data Centers team. The ideal candidate will assist on full life cycle projects, generate creative design solutions, translate concepts into images, participate in detailed construction document creation, and coordinate with various consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting on full life cycle projects
  • Generating creative design solutions within project parameters
  • Translating concepts and information into images
  • Participating in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions
  • Aiding with contract administration responsibilities
  • Coordinating with a variety of consultants

Requirements

  • Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in commercial architecture preferred
  • Revit proficiency, experience with other 3D software a plus
  • Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination
  • Strengths in master planning, conceptual design, technical excellence, and detailing
  • Familiarity with coordinating project deliverables and clients
  • Collaboration in a diverse project team environment
  • Confident presentation ability

Pay

Base Salary Range: $69,000- $117,000 annually - New York City locations only

Schedule

This role is an in-office position requiring regular, reliable on-site attendance from Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
