About the role
Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Architect to join the firm as part of our Data Centers team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.
Responsibilities
- Assisting on full life cycle projects
- Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
- Translating concepts and information into images
- Participating in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions
- Assisting with contract administration responsibilities
- Coordinating with a variety of consultants
- Preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination
- Displaying strengths in master planning, conceptual design, technical excellence, and detailing
- Coordinating project deliverables and clients
- Collaborating in a diverse project team environment
- Presenting confidently
Requirements
- Professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is required
- Professional registration or anticipation of registration
- 4+ years of experience required (in commercial architecture preferred)
- Revit proficiency strongly preferred; experience with other 3D software is a plus
Schedule
This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
Pay
Base Salary Range: $69,000-$117,000 annually (Los Angeles locations only). Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. Base salary is not inclusive of total compensation.
