Architectural Designer

Role Overview Support the development of architectural design and documentation under guidance from senior team members. Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to manage multiple projects across various design and construction phases. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating design documentation using sketches, models, diagrams, and BIM technologies.Participate in design critiques and interpret building codes and regulations.Prepare and revise architectural drawings, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, and sections.Coordinate building systems to ensure design compatibility and review shop drawings and submittals.Support specifications, material selection, and sustainability principles implementation.Attend project meetings, contribute to value engineering, and assist with basic cost estimates.Contribute to site analysis, research, and conceptual benchmarking. Qualifications & Skills Strong understanding of architectural practices, building codes, and BIM technologies.Ability to produce detailed drawings and coordinate multidisciplinary systems.Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.Interest in sustainable design principles and project research.
