Architectural Designer
About the role
Little, nationally recognized as a “Best Firm to Work For” and one of the nation’s most progressive design firms, is seeking an Architectural Designer who will work in our Retail Food Service Studio in our Charlotte, NC office.
Responsibilities
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines for clients.
- Understand how to work with prototypical design elements in a creative fashion.
- Enjoy working in a dedicated retail studio with other professionals dedicated to retail projects.
- Have direct access to clients on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
- One to Three years of experience in the architecture & design industry.
- Strong design and production skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment working on Retail projects.
- Revit skills required; AutoCAD preferred; other rendering programs a plus.
- Self-motivation and collaborative mindset with a desire to learn about all aspects of Architecture.
Qualifications
- Organized – understands how to work with and coordinate consulting partners and many moving parts to deliver a solid, final product.

Pay
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday.
