Architectural Designer

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural design drawings, construction documents and details.
• Contribute towards construction document preparation under direction of the Project Architect.
• Understand wood-framed residential construction means and methods.
• Work in an open, team-based environment.
• Exhibit appreciation for hands-on construction and endorse C&M design-build delivery model.
• Show solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Be skilled in CAD use (ArchiCAD preferred).
• Be tech-savvy with PC and mobile platforms, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe (optional).
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture/architectural design.
• Continuously pursue professional education and personal enrichment.
