About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop, construct, and manage real estate projects in the United States.
• Operate a General Contractor (General Contractor) to perform development, construction, and construction management tasks locally in the US.
• Manage and operate real estate assets from thousands of kilometers away in the US from Korea.
• Develop and provide an AI-based US real estate agent to simplify the investment and operation process of US real estate.

Requirements

• High academic qualifications and professional experience required.
• People who are outstanding in their field are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate development, construction, and management.
• Knowledge of global real estate investment markets and solutions to address imbalances in information and opportunities.
• Ability to develop and utilize advanced IT solutions for managing US real estate assets from distances of thousands of kilometers.
• Strong commitment to personal and professional growth.
