ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in multifamily and retail design, with expertise in construction documentation and detailing.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the development of architectural designs, drawings, and construction documentation for multifamily and retail projects. - Work closely with project architects, senior designers, and consultants to ensure design intent and technical accuracy. - Utilize Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite for design development, rendering, presentation and documentation. - Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to conduct site analysis studies, site and building diagrams, feasibility studies and necessary code and zoning research to support design decisions. - Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project phases. - Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and construction administration as needed.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field. - 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction documentation. - Strong proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). (Enscape, Rhino and Grasshopper a plus) - Experience in multifamily and/or retail projects preferred. - Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices. - Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively.
