Duties And Responsibilities

  • Create conceptual models based on verbal direction or rough sketches from architects or other designers.
  • Model, prepare drawings and sketches using Revit and applicable software, applying suitable design criteria.
  • Manage and incorporate redlines from others.
  • Maintain reliable work practices to meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Highly proficient in self-checking work and coordinating with related disciplines to resolve design issues.
  • Proactively advance workflows, systems, and tools, including design automation skills.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies.
  • Ensure high-quality work by providing quality reviews of models and documents prepared by others.
  • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to less experienced architectural designers.

Requirements

  • Minimum Associates Degree in Architectural Design and Drafting or related degree.
  • 4-10 years of Architectural experience in a professional setting.
  • Expertise within Revit Platform and applicable addons.
  • Ability to ensure project deliverable quality and provide suggestions aimed at improving the effectiveness of project activities.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

  • U.S citizenship.
  • Experience with Bluebeam, BIM Clash Management, and Navisworks.
  • Experience with Semiconductor facility design.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $71,000.00 to $97,600.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
