Duties And Responsibilities

  • Under general supervision, perform all conventional aspects of architectural design and analysis.
  • Plan and conduct work requiring thoughtful utilization of architectural methodologies.
  • Exercise judgement and problem-solving skills, reaching out to others for guidance or confirmation when questions arise.
  • Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and quality control.
  • Commit to checking your own work.
  • Be responsible for managing your own workload, making and keeping commitments, and taking ownership of your assigned work.
  • Work in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner with strong attention to detail.
  • Be a motivated self-starter who is punctual, proactive, and attentive, with strong organizational skills.
  • Develop leadership and coaching skills.
  • Develop leadership skills through observation, mentorship and assigned tasks provided by Senior Architects.
  • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to less experienced architectural designers.
  • Be proactive in advancing workflows, systems, and tools within the architectural discipline.
  • Embrace emerging technologies.
  • Assist the Architectural team responsible for scope development of technical designs, construction drawings, specifications, and model creation.
  • Attend project meetings and take an active role to help the team resolve concerns and solve problems across all disciplines.
  • Participate in internal and cross-discipline project coordination and quality reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited Architectural program.
  • 3-8 years of Architectural experience in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency with Revit.
  • Ability to ensure project quality and provide ideas and suggestions aimed at improving the effectiveness of project activities.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

  • U.S citizenship.
  • Experience with Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and Navisworks.
  • Experience with Semiconductor facility design.
  • Knowledge and application of building code requirements.
