Architectural Technician

About the role

The Architectural Division at LaBella provides comprehensive planning and design services. Projects range from targeted renovations and facility maintenance to defining communities.

Responsibilities

• Produce construction drawings and understand basic construction practices for implementation during construction administration.
• Create presentation graphics, conceptual 3D models, and draft redlines and outline floor plans efficiently.
• Perform basic construction administration tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience working for an Architectural/Engineering Consultant.
• Minimum associates degree (Bachelor's degree in Architecture desirable).
• Proficient in Revit.
• Good planning skills.
• Experience in Adobe and other visualization software.

Qualifications

Self-motivated, willing to learn, train, and build architectural knowledge. Trustworthy, punctual, positive attitude, and strong leadership and communication skills.
