Responsibilities

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive design solutions - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality standards - Prepare detailed design documentation throughout all phases of project development - Utilize Revit or similar software to create and manage architectural and interior designs - Possess a thorough understanding of design principles and the ability to apply them effectively - Maintain excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills

Requirements

- Positive attitude with a good sense of humor - Strong time management, written, and verbal communication skills - Exceptional organizational and follow-through abilities - Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills - Four or more years of multifamily design experience, with a focus on preparing for an architectural license - A professional degree from an accredited college or university

Qualifications

- Travel requirements: 0% - 5% - Visa sponsorship is not available for this role at this time. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside within the country.

Skills

- Proficiency in Revit or similar design applications - Experience in multifamily design, with a goal of obtaining an architectural license
