Project Delivery & BIM Leadership Manage the digital model environment and project deliverables throughout all phases of project delivery.Collaborate closely with Project Managers to develop and maintain Digital Delivery Plans (DDPs).Establish and maintain project model environments, server infrastructure, and document management systems.Monitor model health, coordination workflows, and BIM execution from project planning through construction document issuance.Ensure digital deliverables are produced, coordinated, and delivered according to project requirements and milestones.Manage project archiving processes during project submittals and closeout. Coordination & Quality Control Lead BIM and Digital Delivery coordination meetings.Facilitate design reviews and 3D coordination processes to support project quality and consistency.Coordinate multidisciplinary models and deliverables across project teams.Maintain project setup standards, including coordinates, scales, orientations, project information, and model organization. Technical Support & Team Development Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.Assist with software access, version control, training, and project technology needs.Mentor Digital Delivery Coordinators, Specialists, and other team members.Support Project Managers and design teams with BIM and digital delivery best practices.Collaborate with other Digital Delivery leaders to share knowledge, solve challenges, and improve workflows. Client & Team Communication Communicate effectively with project teams, leadership, and clients.Present digital delivery strategies, project updates, and coordination outcomes to key stakeholders.Help ensure seamless collaboration between technical and project delivery teams. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of digital design experience (BIM element authoring) and 5 years of digital delivery/model management experience.Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design coordination and building systems.Advanced proficiency with 3D design software, model management processes, document management systems, and coordination tools.Working knowledge of industry standards, discipline-specific codes, and project specifications.Experience with content creation, model standards, and BIM management concepts.Familiarity with automation tools or programming applications that improve efficiency.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.Ability to prioritize competing project demands while providing technical support to multiple teams. Preferred Qualifications Technical degree or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.Experience with BIM software add-ins and supporting applications.Background supporting large, multidisciplinary project teams.Passion for mentoring and developing others. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
