Responsibilities
- Hand sketching
- Computer Modeling and Drafting utilizing Revit, AutoCAD Architecture and other computer based modeling and rendering software
- Architectural Design – Concept through Construction Documents
- Assisting with document preparation for marketing and project development
- Managing architectural projects including client communication
- Coinciding with engineering and other sub-consultants
- Assisting with preparation of project specifications
- Assisting with Construction Administration
- Assisting with occasional clerical and office management duties as needed
Qualifications
- Associates, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in architecture, architectural engineering, building technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
- Computer modeling and rendering
